I find summer to be a challenging time for bird photography. Birds don't seem as active when they are in nesting mode. However, as the summer in Minnesota drifts along, the action picks up again. Babies are out and about. Warblers and shorebirds are in the very early stages of their "fall" migration. It is a great time of year filled with much anticipation.
