I love it when August turns into September. The fall migration begins and birds are moving south. The last flowers bloom. Animals are beginning their preparations for winter. Eventually the days get shorter, cooler, weather patterns change, and a brilliant foliage makes its presence known. It is a marvelous time of year that is to be savored before the snow flies.
